Cascade Creek Hydroelectric Project

Is as proposed 70 MW storage hydropower facility that would generate 200,000 MWh of energy annually, becoming the second largest hydropower facility in Southeast Alaska.

Investment Ready

The Cascade Creek Project is now mature and ready for investment. Due diligence for the Project has been evaluated by Knight Piesold and a Pricing Analysis Memorandum was performed by Evans and Evans. The Executive summaries of both of these reports are available upon request.

Environmentally Solid

The Company has an environmentally sound development that is designed to harmonize with the local environment and ecosystems.

The Project would displace approximately 14,285,700 gallons of diesel‐fired generation annually and reduce the US carbon footprint by 178,626 metric tons of carbon dioxide annually.

Data provided by US Government

The Project site has been recognized with a federally designated Power Site Classification in 1921 by the Secretary of the Interior, and has 38 years of USGS streamflow data.

Renewable Energy Public Opinion

Both the US and Canadian governments at federal, provincial and state levels support the development of low cost renewable energy development.

The positive public opinion trend is reinforced with US Governmental programs that would assist in construction funding the project upon completion of FERC licensing.
